Voici les mati\u00e8res et les gestes pour un lit douillet, sans surchauffer.<\/p>\n<h2>Les mati\u00e8res qui r\u00e9chauffent<\/h2>\n<p>En t\u00eate : la <strong>flanelle de coton<\/strong>, gratt\u00e9e pour emprisonner l&rsquo;air et offrir un toucher doux et chaud d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;on se glisse dans le lit. Le <strong>molleton<\/strong> et le <strong>satin de coton<\/strong> apportent aussi chaleur et douceur. Ces mati\u00e8res limitent la sensation de draps froids, si d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able en hiver.<\/p>\n<h2>La couette : viser un tog \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;hiver, choisissez une couette au <strong>tog \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> (garnissage g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, naturel ou synth\u00e9tique de qualit\u00e9).
